ARCHIVED AND NO LONGER RELEVANTFebruary 10, 2022: ANNOUNCEMENT: PUCO Approves 12-month Product to be Procured in this March 2022 Auction
On January 27, 2022, AEP Ohio filed a motion with the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (“Commission”) to revise its current product schedule to procure 50 tranches of a 12-month product (with product term June 1, 2022 through May 31, 2023) in this March 2022 Auction instead of 50 tranches of a 24-month product as previously scheduled. The filing made by AEP Ohio is available under Case Number 17-2391-EL-UNC.
On February 9, 2022, the Commission issued an Order approving the modifications to AEP Ohio’s schedule of products including approving the modification to procure a 12-month product in this March 2022 Auction.
