The Trial Auction for Registered Bidders for the November 2020 Auction is scheduled to take place TODAY, Wednesday, October 28, 2020. Please log in at 12:30 PM EPT to accept the terms and conditions of the Auction Software and make any necessary updates to the contact information within your user profile.
Login credentials and instructions for the Trial Auction were sent to you yesterday, October 27, along with your Part 2 Notification and Bidder User Manual. Please refer to the sheet with the orange border for your login credentials.
Due to safety recommendations related to COVID-19, Technical Assistants will not be co-located for purposes of providing support to Registered Bidders in the upcoming Auction. A Registered Bidder wanting to place a backup bid or otherwise requesting technical assistance will contact the Auction Manager by email (AEP-CBP@nera.com) or by text (919 699-1230).
The Trial Auction is each Registered Bidder’s opportunity to practice these new procedures and to test any systems that members of your bidding team may be using while not participating from their usual place of business. Please review the Backup Bidding Procedures provided in Section 3 of the Bidder User Manual.
