The Trial Auction for Registered Bidders for the November 2025 Auction is scheduled to take place TOMORROW, Wednesday, October 29, 2025. Please log in at 11:15 AM EPT to accept the terms and conditions of the Auction Software and make any necessary updates to the contact information within your user profile. If you will not participate in the Trial Auction, please reply “NO” to this message and we will not contact you during bidding.
Login credentials for the Trial Auction were transmitted to you through the application website today, along with your Part 2 Notification and Bidder User Manual. Please refer to the sheet with the orange border for your login credentials.
Technical Assistants will not be co-located for purposes of providing support to Registered Bidders in the upcoming Auction. A Registered Bidder wanting to place a backup bid or otherwise requesting technical assistance should contact the Auction Manager by email (AEP-CBP@nera.com) or by text.
The Trial Auction is each Registered Bidder’s opportunity to practice the bid submission procedures, including the backup bidding procedures, and to test any systems that members of your bidding team may be using if not participating from their usual place of business. Please review the backup bidding procedures provided in Section 3 of the Bidder User Manual.
Please note that the system requirements to submit bids in the online Auction Software have recently changed. Specifically, if submitting bids from a computer running on a Windows operating system, such computer should run on Windows 10 or later. As a reminder, the system requirements to submit bids online are:
- A standard PC-compatible computer running Windows 10 or later, or MacOS 10.7 or later;
- An Internet connection;
- A recommended browser:
- The most recent version of Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari, or Google Chrome
